Elizabeth Stokes - CEO

 Libby is an experienced executive with over 25 years' experience across employment services, healthcare and business operations. She has spent the majority of her career supporting people, leading teams and delivering services that create positive outcomes for individuals and businesses.

As Chief Executive Officer, Libby is proud of the team behind Specialist Assessment Services and the positive impact they make across the sector. She is passionate about supporting strong leadership, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the organisation remains focused on delivering quality assessments and meaningful outcomes

Paul Stokes - Clinical Director 

Paul is a registered physiotherapist and clinical leader with more than 30 years’ experience in pain management, rehabilitation, disability, healthcare and employment services.

Paul has particular expertise in persistent pain management and the relationship between pain, function, wellbeing and employment. As Clinical Director, he provides clinical leadership, supports evidence-informed practice and oversees clinical governance and service quality.

Paul has extensive experience designing and leading accredited health and rehabilitation services. He holds degrees in physiotherapy and human movement studies, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is completing a Master of Science in Medicine specialising in Pain Management.

Natalie Drake - Program Manager

  Natalie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years' experience in a broad range of industries and funding models. She has spent the majority of her career in Government contracted assessment services including employment services, NDIS, DVA and My Aged Care. 

Natalie manages our health and assessment programs with a focus on operational efficiency, quality assurance and continuous improvement.  She enjoys working with assessors and clinicians, developing practical systems and translating complex contractual and compliance requirements into clear, high quality service delivery. Her collaborative approach and strong understanding of program operations help ensure services remain client-centred and consistent.

· Psychometric testing

· Vocational assessments

And other discipline-specific assessments.

Our assessors maintain their skills with annual training and professional development activities, ensuring services use the most up to date, evidence-based techniques and supports.
